Summary

Oregon Health Authority (OHA) has waived the 2025 requirement for Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) to submit SHARE Spending Plans for formal review and approval. Instead, CCOs must complete an Attestation process by December 31, 2025, confirming their spending plan meets requirements. CCOs must provide supporting documentation within 5 business days if OHA requests it, and false attestations may result in contract enforcement action.

Action Required

Action needed
By December 31, 2025: Billing and compliance teams must ensure the practice's CCO (if applicable) completes and submits the SHARE Spending Plan Attestation form to OHA. Obtain the attestation form from the CCO Contract Forms webpage (posted by October 1, 2025). If OHA requests supporting documentation within 5 business days, compile and submit all records that demonstrate compliance with SHARE spending requirements. This is an administrative requirement for CCO-participating practices; failure to attest or provide documentation upon request may result in contract penalties per Exhibit B, Part 9 of the 2025 CCO contract.
