Summary
The Oregon Health Authority has waived the requirement for Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) to submit quarterly Grievance System Reports for all of Calendar Year 2026. This waiver eliminates the need to file these reports 45 days after each calendar quarter ends, though all other Grievance and Appeal System requirements remain in effect.
