Summary

Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is waiving the Q4 CY 2025 Intensive In-Home Behavioral Health Treatment (IIBHT) referrals and enrollments report requirement for Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs). The Q3 2025 report due October 30, 2025 will be the final CCO-submitted IIBHT report; OHA will obtain IIBHT referral information directly from providers going forward. This reporting requirement will be removed from the CY 2026 CCO contract.

Action Required

Action needed
By October 30, 2025: Ensure Q3 CY 2025 IIBHT referrals and enrollments report is submitted to OHA as scheduled—this is the final report required from your organization under the CY 2025 contract. After October 30, 2025: Discontinue preparation of Q4 CY 2025 IIBHT reports; this submission is now waived by OHA. No further action needed for IIBHT reporting under CY 2025 contract. For CY 2026 planning: Be aware that IIBHT referrals and enrollments reporting will be removed from the contract entirely, and OHA will collect this data directly from providers per OAR 309-021-0150. Contact Cheryl Henning (Cheryl.L.Henning@oha.oregon.gov) with contract questions or Beth Holliman (Beth.Holliman@oha.oregon.gov) with IIBHT-specific questions.
