Summary
Oregon Health Authority has waived the requirement for Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) to submit updated Long Term Services and Supports Memoranda of Understanding (LTSS MOU) for approval by January 31, 2026. Existing CY 2025 MOUs remain in effect. CCOs may optionally submit CY 2026 updates for informational purposes only, with no approval review required. This waiver applies to Oregon Medicaid plans only and reduces administrative burden for CCOs.

No action required for billing team. This is an administrative waiver affecting CCO contract compliance, not billing operations, coding, or claims processing. Medical billing teams do not submit LTSS MOUs and are not subject to this waiver. Continue normal LTSS billing and claims procedures without modification. If your organization is a CCO, notify CCO Operations unit to confirm MOU status, but this does not impact claim billing workflows.
