The Oregon Health Authority has postponed the due date for the CY 2026 MOU report on coordination activities and required domain metrics (Ex. B, Pt. 4, Sec. 8, Para. b(3)). The original due date of May 30, 2026 has been changed to TBD because the reporting template is not yet ready. CCOs should expect a future notice with the new due date and template.
