Summary
Oregon Health Authority is waiving the submission of two Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) deliverables for Contract Year 2026 CCO contracts: the Annual FWA Prevention Plan and the Annual FWA Assessment Report. This waiver reduces administrative burden while OHA redesigns these deliverables for the 2027 contract year. All other FWA requirements remain in effect.
