Update workflow processes to use the new structured forms for claim inquiries (requiring ICN), administrative reviews (requiring ICN and RA date), appeals (requiring approximate admin review date), enrollment issues (include ATN when possible), service limitations (requiring Member ID and service type), financial questions, and TPL updates. Note that duplicate submissions within 60 days will be blocked by the system.
