Summary
Gainwell Technologies mail forwarding for Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) expires August 1, 2025. All mail sent to old P.O. Box addresses will be returned to sender after this date. Providers must update their mailing addresses for claims, correspondence, and other communications to use the new P.O. Boxes.
Action Required
By August 1, 2025: Billing team must update all mailing addresses in billing systems and processes to use new Gainwell P.O. Boxes. Update addresses for: claims submissions (medical claims to PO Box 50447, institutional claims to PO Box 50448, dental claims to PO Box 50446), written correspondence to PO Box 50442, adjustment forms to PO Box 50444, and provider enrollment documents to PO Box 50443. Verify address changes in billing software, clearinghouses, and any automated mailing processes. Mail sent to old addresses after August 1, 2025 will be returned to sender causing claim processing delays.
