Summary
Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) will conduct scheduled system maintenance on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Central time. During this 10-15 minute window, providers will lose access to critical applications including the Long-term Care Online Portal, LTC Dashboard, Electronic Visit Verification Portal, Care Forms, and Provider Custom Reports. Billing teams must plan ahead to avoid service disruptions during this timeframe.

Before August 21, 2026: Billing team and providers must plan to avoid submitting claims, accessing prior authorizations, or verifying visits during the 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Central time maintenance window. Communicate the outage window to all staff who access TMHP portals, Long-term Care Online Portal (LTCOP), LTC Dashboard, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Portal, Care Forms, or Provider Custom Reports. Complete any critical TMHP transactions before 8 p.m. CT on August 21 or after 10 p.m. CT.
