Summary
Texas Medicaid providers must activate their TMHP IAMOnline accounts by checking for an activation email sent August 18, 2026, and clicking the Activate Account button to complete the new login process. This is a mandatory system migration for all Texas Medicaid providers. Providers who have not received the email should whitelist specific sender domains (noreply@okta.com and Do_Not_Reply_TMHP_IAMOnline@tmhp.partner.hhs.texas.gov) or contact the EDI Help Desk.
Action Required
Immediately upon receipt (August 18, 2026 onward): All providers and billing staff must check email inboxes for the TMHP IAMOnline activation email and click the Activate Account button to complete account setup. Front desk and IT staff should verify that organizational email security has not blocked noreply@okta.com and Do_Not_Reply_TMHP_IAMOnline@tmhp.partner.hhs.texas.gov by adding these to the email whitelist. If the activation email is not received after these steps, check Spam/Junk folders or call the EDI Help Desk at 888-863-3638. Failure to complete activation will prevent provider access to TMHP systems and will disrupt Texas Medicaid claim submission and management.
