Indiana Medicaid (IHCP) clarifies that ABA providers can submit claims to managed care entities using credentialed individual rendering providers before completing network participation, with claims being reimbursed out-of-network until enrollment is complete. The IHCP is delaying enforcement of ABA rendering provider specialty and modifier combination requirements until August 1, 2025 for applications submitted before June 30, 2025.
