Summary
Gainwell Technologies is changing all P.O. Box addresses for Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) mail effective August 1, 2025. After this date, mail sent to old addresses will be returned to sender, requiring immediate update of all correspondence addresses.
Action Required
By August 1, 2025: Billing team must immediately update all mailing addresses in billing systems, encounter forms, and office procedures to use new Gainwell P.O. Box addresses for Indiana Medicaid correspondence. Review Table 1 in bulletin BT2025107 for specific address changes by mail type (claims, adjustments, provider enrollment, etc.).
