Summary
Indiana Medicaid (IHCP) corrected a system error that was incorrectly denying claims for esketamine administration codes G2082 and G2083 due to attachment requirements. The system has been fixed and erroneously denied claims will be automatically reprocessed starting September 17, 2025.
Action Required
Monitor remittance advices starting September 17, 2025 for reprocessed claims with ICNs beginning with 52 or 80. If automatic reprocessing doesn't occur, billing team can resubmit claims for dates of service October 17, 2024 or later. For resubmissions beyond original filing limits, attach a copy of bulletin BT2025118 and submit within 180 days of August 14, 2025.
