Summary
Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) will mass adjust fee-for-service claims retroactively to January 1, 2025, applying new reimbursement rate factors for specific provider types including out-of-state hospitals, ASCs, rehabilitation facilities, mental health clinics, and dialysis centers.
