Summary
EmblemHealth is consolidating all claims payments through PNC/ECHO Health, Inc. for electronic funds transfer (EFT) processing. If not enrolled in EFT through PNC/ECHO Health, contact ECHO Provider Support at 888-492-0032 or visit their website to initiate enrollment for all EmblemHealth plans (except NYCE PPO). Ensure staff are familiar with receiving and processing 835/ERA remittance advice files with EFT payments. Update A/R processes to take advantage of automated payment reconciliation.
