Summary
Starting February 1, 2026, Indiana Medicaid FFS members must obtain incontinence, ostomy and urological supplies exclusively through J&B Medical via mail order. Claims from non-contracted vendors for these supplies will be systematically denied.
Action Required
Before February 1, 2026: Billing team must update procedures to direct Indiana Medicaid FFS patients requiring incontinence, ostomy, and urological supplies to J&B Medical (jandbmedical.com or 800-737-0045) instead of billing for these supplies. Review the Incontinence, Ostomy and Urological Supplies procedure codes list at in.gov/medicaid/providers to identify affected codes. Claims for these supplies from non-contracted vendors will be denied after the effective date.
