Summary

Effective September 1, 2026, Devoted Health is transitioning DME, Home Health, and Home Infusion prior authorization and order management to Integrated Home Care Services (IHCS) in Alabama, Mississippi, and Pennsylvania. All orders and prior authorization requests must now be submitted to IHCS through electronic platforms (WellSky CarePort, Availity Essentials, Parachute Health) or by fax to IHCS instead of directly to Devoted Health.

Action Required

Before Sep 1, 2026
By August 31, 2026: Billing and authorization teams in AL, MS, and PA markets must transition all DME, Home Health, and Home Infusion order and prior authorization workflows to IHCS. (1) Register staff with IHCS Provider Relations (Providerservices@IHCScorp.com) for mandatory webinar training on order submission processes. (2) Update billing system templates and documentation to route all DME/Home Health/Home Infusion prior authorization requests to IHCS instead of Devoted Health. (3) Configure electronic submission pathways in WellSky CarePort, Availity Essentials, or Parachute Health per IHCS Referral Guide. (4) For facilities without electronic platform access, establish fax submission process to IHCS at 1-844-215-4265. (5) Notify all prescribers and discharge planning teams of the new submission requirements and contact information (Phone: 1-844-215-4264; Email: Providerservices@ihcscorp.com). Failure to submit orders through IHCS will result in processing delays and potential claim denials.
