Immediately: Assisted living providers billing HCBS waiver services should continue current billing practices using either monthly or daily methods. Ensure documentation exists for each day member is present in facility. For monthly billing, submit claims only after resident has been present minimum 15 days per month. Stop any preparations for BT2025173 implementation until further notice in 2026.
