Provider Data Attestation Reminder

All providers contracted with BCBSKS must establish a recurring 90-day attestation cycle: (1) Assign responsibility to a staff member (likely credentialing or practice manager) to access the Provider Portal through Availity.com and select BCBSKS under Payer Spaces; (2) Review all provider and business information on file for accuracy; (3) Submit any necessary updates in the online form; (4) Complete the attestation by selecting and submitting the accuracy statement at the bottom of the form; (5) Document completion date for compliance tracking; (6) Set calendar reminders for the next 90-day cycle. Communicate any future changes to BCBSKS immediately through the same process. Failure to complete attestation may result in inaccurate provider directory listings, affecting patient access and potentially impacting claims processing.
