Appeals must now be submitted to the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) instead of directly to the Office of Administrative Law Proceedings (OALP). Appeals can be submitted through the IHCP Portal or mailed to the new address provided.

Washington St., Room W374, Indianapolis, IN 46204-2739. Do not contact OALP directly, Provider Relations, or Customer Assistance Center for appeal status updates. Ensure appeals are submitted within 15 calendar days of administrative review determination.
