Summary
Starting October 1, 2027, all ABA agencies in Indiana must be accredited by ACQ or BHCOE to remain enrolled with IHCP. Currently enrolled agencies must submit documentation showing they've initiated accreditation by August 1, 2026, or face deactivation.
Action Required
By August 1, 2026: ABA agencies must submit documentation proving initiation of accreditation process to INXIXabaenrollments@gainwelltechnologies.com or upload existing accreditation through IHCP Provider Portal. By October 1, 2027: Complete full accreditation from ACQ or BHCOE to maintain IHCP enrollment. Failure to meet deadlines will result in enrollment deactivation and inability to bill IHCP.
