Key actions: (1) Ensure the authorized representative listed on your most recent enrollment application is current and accessible; (2) When Gainwell Technologies contacts to validate an EFT change request, coordinate with your authorized representative to monitor the designated bank account for micro-deposits; (3) The authorized representative must confirm receipt of micro-deposit amounts via email within 7 days of notification, or the EFT change request will not advance; (4) Continue routing payments to the original account until micro-deposit verification is complete; (5) Carefully review outcome letters from Gainwell to verify EFT changes are correct and authorized—report any discrepancies immediately to Provider Assistance Center at 1-800-842-8440.
