Summary
UPM Health Plan has resumed sending email notifications for new Explanations of Payment (EOPs) as of February 6, 2025. This is a restoration of a previously paused notification service. EOPs continue to be posted on Provider OnLine as they are finalized, and this email resumption does not affect the actual posting or timing of EOPs.

No immediate billing workflow changes required. Billing team should update internal communication protocols to expect EOP email notifications again starting February 6, 2025. Ensure staff are aware that EOPs will resume arriving via email in addition to being available on Provider OnLine. No system updates or claim submission changes are necessary.
