Action Required
By June 25, 2026: All staff members who access Provider OnLine portal must complete MFA setup before the effective date. Billing team, providers, and front desk staff should contact Provider Services at 1-866-918-1595 for MFA setup assistance. Update internal access procedures to reflect the new MFA requirement. Failure to set up MFA will prevent portal login and block access to claims submission, authorization requests, and eligibility verification. Schedule MFA training for all portal users immediately.
