Monitor the MRT Listserv for updates on the final determination of the waiver extension, as approval or denial will affect NYS Medicaid coverage and reimbursement effective April 1, 2027. Update internal Medicaid eligibility and billing procedures once the waiver decision is finalized to account for discontinuation of TANF adult coverage (if extension is approved as proposed) and any amendments to HRSN service coverage.
