Summary
Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) has modified site visit requirements for provider enrollment. Providers in specified specialties who don't render services at their reported service location address can now attest to this and avoid pre- and post-enrollment site visits.
Action Required
Immediately: Providers in affected specialties (ABA therapists, waiver providers for attendant care, physical therapy, and specialized medical equipment) who use home/residential addresses or shared office spaces but render services elsewhere must review their IHCP enrollment applications. When completing enrollment, accurately respond to questions about service location and attest if no direct patient care is rendered at the reported address to avoid unnecessary site visits.
