By August 3, 2026: Billing and administrative staff must register for and begin using the Missouri Medicaid TPL Portal (https://mydss.mo.gov/mhd/hot-tips/tpl-insurance-forms-portal) for all TPL-1 (Insurance Information Request) and TPL-4 (Insurance Information Update) form submissions. Update internal workflows and staff training materials to direct all future TPL submissions through the portal instead of previous methods. Ensure all providers submitting TPL information are familiar with the portal interface. Contact the MO HealthNet TPL Unit (573-751-2005 or TPL.Database@dss.mo.gov) if technical assistance is needed. Failure to submit TPL information through the portal may delay record updates and affect accurate claims processing for MO HealthNet participants.
