Summary
Molina Healthcare of California is requesting all Community Supports providers to submit a complete list of subcontractors and all Community Supports policies and procedures by August 18, 2026. Action Required
By August 18, 2026: All Community Supports providers must submit (1) a complete list of all subcontractors and (2) all Community Supports policies and procedures to MHC_CS@MolinaHealthcare.com. Provider Relations or Compliance team should compile this documentation and ensure submission before the deadline. Moving forward, any changes to subcontractors or new/revised Community Supports policies and procedures must be reported to the same email within one month of the change. Failure to submit may result in compliance violations and audit findings by DHCS. Reference Community Supports Policy Guide Volume 1 and Volume 2 for guidance.
