Summary
The Custom Reports online portal application will NOT transition to the TMHP IAMOnline platform on August 3, 2026, as previously announced. However, four other applications (Medicaid Client Portal, Document Uploads, Provider Message Dashboard, and My Account) will still transition as scheduled on that date. TMHP will provide separate notification when Custom Reports migration occurs.
Action Required
By August 3, 2026: Billing team must ensure they DO NOT migrate Custom Reports portal access to TMHP IAMOnline credentials on the scheduled transition date. Staff should continue using current login credentials for Custom Reports until TMHP issues a separate notification. Update team training materials to clarify that Custom Reports is excluded from the August 3, 2026 transition. Verify that the four transitioning applications (Medicaid Client Portal, Document Uploads, Provider Message Dashboard, My Account) have been migrated to TMHP IAMOnline and staff credentials are updated for those platforms.
