Summary
Anthem MyCare Ohio is offering mandatory provider orientation sessions for the Next Generation MyCare Ohio program, with separate sessions for general providers, LTSS agency providers, and LTSS independent providers. Sessions are scheduled from August through November 2026, and providers must attend the appropriate orientation based on their provider type listed in the Provider Network Management (PNM) System.
Action Required
By August 31, 2026: All providers in Ohio participating in Anthem MyCare Ohio must: (1) Verify their provider type in the Provider Network Management (PNM) System at maximus.com to determine which orientation session applies; (2) Register and attend the appropriate orientation session (general provider, LTSS agency provider, or LTSS independent provider) before the program's implementation date; (3) If providers have multiple specialties, consider attending more than one orientation type. Front desk/credentialing staff should track attendance and maintain records. Providers who fail to complete required orientation may experience service issues or reduced network participation.
