Summary
Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield's Commercial Risk Adjustment SOAP Note Incentive Program, managed by ComplexCare Solutions (CCS), will end on August 31, 2026. Providers completing electronic health assessments on the Converged Patient Assessment portal will no longer receive incentive payments after this date. All qualifying SOAP notes submitted on or before August 31, 2026, will be processed and paid according to existing methodology.
