Summary
Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield is ending the ComplexCare Solutions SOAP note incentive program on August 31, 2026. Providers will no longer receive incentive payments for completing electronic health assessments on the Converged Patient Assessment portal after this date. Any qualifying SOAP notes submitted on or before August 31, 2026 will be processed and paid according to current incentive payment methodology.
