Summary
Anthem Blue Cross is ending the ComplexCare Solutions SOAP note incentive program effective August 31, 2026. Providers who submit qualifying SOAP notes through the Converged Patient Assessment portal on or before the deadline will receive payment according to established methodology. No action is required from providers, and member care will not be impacted.

By August 31, 2026: No action required. This is an informational notice that a voluntary incentive program is concluding. Providers currently participating in the ComplexCare Solutions SOAP note incentive program should submit any outstanding qualifying notes before the August 31, 2026 deadline to ensure payment processing.
