Summary
Astrana Health transitioned to a new utilization management system effective July 1, 2026. Providers may continue submitting authorization requests via fax or telephone with no interruption in review operations. A new provider portal will be available with separate training information.

By July 1, 2026: Billing and authorization staff should note the new provider portal URL (https://provider-portal.astranahealth.com/login) for future reference. No immediate workflow changes are required as fax and telephone submission methods remain available. Staff may optionally register for training on the new provider portal when made available.
