Summary

Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) has transitioned My Account to IAMOnline, eliminating the need for separate passwords. Providers now use single sign-on with multi-factor authentication. Billing teams should note the 90-day account inactivity deactivation policy remains in effect—providers must log in or change passwords every 90 days to maintain access.

Action Required

Action needed
Immediately: Billing team and provider staff must transition to accessing TMHP My Account through tmhp.com using IAMOnline single sign-on instead of separate passwords. Notify all staff that multi-factor authentication (MFA) is now required. Establish a reminder process to ensure all TMHP users log in or change passwords at least every 90 days to prevent account deactivation. If any provider account becomes deactivated, contact TMHP EDI Help Desk at 888-863-3638 to restore access. Reference the TMHP My Account User Guide and Account Management page on tmhp.com for additional portal guidance.
