Summary
TMHP will conduct scheduled system maintenance on July 31, 2026, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Central time. During this window, several provider-facing applications will be unavailable for 10-15 minutes, including Provider Custom Reports, Medicaid Client Portal, Document Uploads, My Account, and Provider Message Dashboard. Billing teams should avoid submitting time-sensitive requests during this maintenance period.

By July 31, 2026: Billing team should avoid submitting critical portal submissions, document uploads, or report generation between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. Central time. Plan any routine TMHP portal activities for before 8 p.m. or after 10 p.m. on that date. No system configuration changes required.
