(2) Update staff on the new AHCCCS Solutions Center portal redesign and communicate the availability of the new "Access to Care/Eligibility" form to relevant personnel who handle member eligibility or access-to-care issues. (3) Providers should log into the AHCCCS Provider Enrollment Portal (APEP) to familiarize themselves with new on-screen guidance tools and the Online Provider Directory. (4) Limited-risk providers should review changes to automatic request processing in APEP. No immediate changes to billing codes, prior authorization processes, or claim submission procedures are required. Providers with questions should submit inquiries through the MES Modernization staff feedback form or public feedback form.
