Summary

Oregon Health Authority (OHA) has delayed the due date for the CY 2026 Final Health Equity Plan (HEP) Report for CCOs with NCQA Health Outcomes Accreditation or under survey. The original September 1, 2026 deadline is postponed to TBD pending release of the reporting template. The due date for non-accredited CCOs remains November 30, 2026. Billing teams should monitor for a future OHA notice with the new deadline and template.
