Summary
Molina Healthcare of California has launched a new Learning Management System (LMS) in partnership with More Inclusive Healthcare, effective immediately. Providers in affected counties (Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego) must whitelist three URL domains and two email addresses in their IT systems and register for the platform using their NPI to access required trainings including CLAS training, EPSDT, biannual compliance training, and other resources.
Action Required
REQUIREMENTS:
Immediately (July 24, 2026 onward):
- IT Team: Whitelist the following URL domains in firewall/network settings:
• molina.lizalearning.com
• mhreg.lizalearning.com
• mh.lizalearning.com
- IT Team: Whitelist the following email addresses to prevent training notifications from being blocked:
• info@lizalearning.com
• support@lizalearning.com
- Provider/Administrative Staff: Register for the MIH LMS Platform by visiting mhreg.lizalearning.com/ using provider email and NPI, then create a password upon receiving registration confirmation email
- All Staff: Access and complete required trainings available through the new platform, particularly CLAS Training (mandated by DHCS APL 23-025), Biannual Training, and specialty trainings relevant to your practice (EPSDT, Doula, CHW Supervising Provider, CBAS Toolkit)
- Billing/Credentialing Staff: For providers who previously completed CLAS training outside Molina's platform, submit attestation documentation through the new LMS to document compliance
CONSEQUENCES: Failure to whitelist domains/emails may result in blocked access to training platform and missed compliance deadlines. Failure to complete required trainings (particularly CLAS training) may result in compliance violations and potential contract issues with Molina Healthcare.
