Get ready: Steps to take now for our new Provider Portal
Priority Health·Provider Operations

Summary
Priority Health is retiring the legacy Prism provider portal on September 1, 2025, and transitioning to a new Provider Portal. All users must register for new accounts immediately, and the billing team should hold non-urgent requests until after September 1 to ensure full visibility and tracking capability in the new system. Critical action: add the 'Remittance Review' staff role to portal accounts to maintain access to historical remittance advices.
Action Required
REQUIREMENTS: By mid-August 2025: (1) Billing team must register all staff for Priority Health's new Provider Portal by visiting the onboarding page at https://www.priorityhealth.com/provider/manual/news/priority-health/getting-ready-for-the-new-provider-portal-on-september-1. (2) Hold submission of all non-urgent and post-service requests until September 1 to ensure end-to-end tracking capability in the new portal. (3) For any staff needing access to historical remittance advices, add 'Remittance Review' to Staff Roles during account creation or via Menu > Settings > Roles and Specialties. Before September 1: (4) Download and archive any critical messages and data from the Secure Mailbox, as it will be retired with Prism. (5) Attend Priority Health's Provider Portal training webinars to learn data migration and navigation. Beginning September 1: (6) Transition all portal activities to the new system; do NOT attempt to access Prism after this date. (7) Resume submitting non-urgent requests in the new portal to enable real-time status tracking. Consequences: Failure to migrate accounts before September 1 will result in loss of access to pending claims, authorizations, disputes, and enrollment requests during transition. Loss of Secure Mailbox access means potential data loss if messages are not archived beforehand.
