Register now for our new Provider Portal training webinars

By August 31, 2024: Billing team members must register for and complete the Billers training webinar (scheduled Thursday, Aug. 20 at noon, or during Aug. 24-31 makeup sessions). Training covers: submitting claims, checking claims statuses, disputing denied claims, and managing remittance advices and payments in the new Provider Portal. Create a portal account immediately on the Getting Started page to avoid access gaps when Prism shuts down. After August 24, on-demand recordings will be available at the registration links and provider webinars page as backup. Update all internal billing workflows and staff checklists to reflect the new portal interface and processes before the September 1 cutover date.
