By July 31, 2026: Billing team must access the corrected Commercial DMEPOS Fee Schedule on the BCBSND Online Fee Schedule Portal and verify all DME billing rates currently in use. Compare previous rates to identify any affected codes in your practice. Monitor claim processing for automatic reprocessing notifications from BCBSND. No manual rebilling is required—BCBSND will reprocess affected claims automatically.
