(2) All other providers must select one of two options: Health Net ePayment Center (855-774-4392 or ePayment Center website) for no-cost EFT/ERA, OR Zelis payments via ZAPP Edge or Virtual Credit Card (855-496-1571 or direct Zelis outreach) for consolidated payments from 550+ payers. (3) Update payment method in billing system and practice management records. (4) Verify enrollment is complete before the go-live date. Consequence of inaction: Claims payments will be issued by paper check instead of electronic transfer, causing payment delays and operational disruption.
