Action Required
By July 29, 2026: All providers must complete ONE of the following actions to ensure uninterrupted electronic claims payments: (1) Confirm enrollment in ZAPP Edge (formerly ACH+) through Zelis at 855-496-1571 or 877-828-8770 if already enrolled—no action needed; OR (2) Enroll in Health Net ePayment Center by calling 855-774-4392 or registering at the ePayment Center website for no-cost EFT/ERA; OR (3) Enroll in Zelis Virtual Credit Card or ZAPP Edge by contacting Zelis at 855-496-1571 or 877-828-8770. Billing team must verify current payment method enrollment status and update provider records accordingly. Failure to select an electronic payment option will result in claims being issued by paper check, causing payment delays and workflow disruption. Action must be taken immediately, as enrollment before go-live is strongly encouraged to prevent delays.
