Summary
Beginning July 27, 2026, Provider Portal Organization Administrators can now delete outdated notifications in bulk for all users across their organization using date range and type filters. This is a portal feature enhancement that permanently removes notifications for the entire organization.
Action Required
By July 27, 2026: Administrative staff should review the new notification deletion feature in the Provider Portal Message Center. Organization Administrators should understand that the Delete function permanently removes notifications for ALL users organization-wide and use date range and type filters to identify outdated notifications before deletion. No changes to billing workflows, coding, or documentation are required. This is an informational update about portal functionality only.
