Summary
TMHP has sent IAMOnline activation emails to all Texas Medicaid providers on July 28, 2026, requiring immediate account activation to access the new login system. Providers must check their email (including spam folders) for the activation email and click the Activate Account button. IT security staff should whitelist the activation email domains to ensure delivery.
Action Required
IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED: By August 15, 2026, all providers must: (1) Check email inbox and spam/junk folders for TMHP IAMOnline activation email sent July 28, 2026; (2) Ask IT security staff to whitelist noreply@okta.com and Do_Not_Reply_TMHP_IAMOnline@tmhp.partner.hhs.texas.gov in email security settings; (3) Click the Activate Account button in the email to complete IAMOnline account activation; (4) If activation email is not received after troubleshooting, contact EDI Help Desk at 888-863-3638. Failure to activate will result in loss of access to TMHP provider portal and inability to submit/manage claims and prior authorizations.
