Box 32593, Detroit, MI 48232'; (2) BCN commercial - change to 'Blue Cross and BCN Claims, P.O. Box 312500, Detroit, MI 48226'; (3) Blue Cross commercial - change to single consolidated address 'Blue Cross and BCN Claims, P.O. Box 312500, Detroit, MI 48226' (replaces separate professional and facility addresses). By September 30, 2026: Complete all updates and staff training. After October 1, 2026: Use ONLY new addresses for paper claims or claims will be rejected and returned unprocessed. However, prioritize electronic claim submission (HIPAA 837 standard) as preferred method and recommend staff guidance to providers on electronic submission options to reduce paper claim volume.
