Action Required

Before Jul 1, 2026
By July 1, 2026: Practice administrator must review roster of all clinicians rendering Medicaid services and confirm each provider is individually enrolled in Medicaid through YES.NM.GOV. Submit provider enrollment applications for any rendering, ordering, or prescribing provider not currently enrolled. Each NPI number (both Type 1 individual and Type 2 group) must be registered separately. Failure to register will result in inability to receive Medicaid reimbursement.
