Summary
Priority Health has established two supplemental data submission deadlines for the 2026 PCP Incentive Program (PIP). The first deadline is November 1, 2026, for dates of service January 1–June 30, 2026. ACNs must submit all supplemental data (digitally via MiHIN, APS, HL7, EPP, or via medical records) by this deadline, with an exception allowing blood pressure and A1c results to be submitted year-round.

By November 1, 2026: Medical billing and quality teams must ensure all supplemental data for dates of service January 1–June 30, 2026, is submitted to Priority Health via all available channels (MiHIN, APS, HL7, EPP, or medical records fax/mail/SharePoint). Billing team should: (1) Verify SharePoint folder access for all staff and contact HEDIS@priorityhealth.com if access issues exist; (2) Establish internal deadline 1–2 weeks before November 1 to allow time for compilation and submission; (3) Track submission confirmation from Priority Health; (4) Note exception: blood pressure and A1c results can be submitted at any time regardless of date of service. Failure to meet the November 1 deadline may delay PIP incentive payment processing and quality metric calculations.
