Summary

TMHP is transitioning the My Account portal to TMHP IAMOnline on August 3, 2026. All Texas Medicaid providers must verify their email address is valid and active in My Account by July 30, 2026, to receive activation credentials for the new system. Providers with outdated or invalid emails will lose portal access and must file a manual form to regain it, causing significant delays.

Action Required

Before Aug 3, 2026
By July 30, 2026: All staff responsible for TMHP portal access must verify that the practice's provider profile email address in My Account is current and valid. Contact the EDI Help Desk at 888-863-3638 if uncertain. Update any outdated or invalid email addresses immediately in My Account. After August 3, 2026, the practice will need valid TMHP IAMOnline credentials to access TMHP applications. If access is lost due to an invalid email, billing team must complete the TMHP Portal Change Request Form, which may cause processing delays. Failure to act by the deadline will result in interrupted access to critical TMHP applications and manual workarounds that are time-consuming.
